SPS/MSSI proudly supports Army Aviation by Providing Aviation Field and Sustainment Level Maintenance Support, Aircraft Modifications, and other Logistical Services for Aviation Customers Worldwide. Our personnel work in the parts warehouse and maintain ground support equipment. The primary aircraft they support is the Light Utility Helicopter (LUH), UH-72 Lakota, for its Observer Trainer mission. Their maintenance and logistical support also include assisting and supporting transient and rotational units, aircraft participating in joint training exercises, mobilization, pre-mobilization aircraft, and approved Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
