Computer Based Interactive Training (CBIT)

CBITs are developed for use as sustainment training tools or to prepare students for up-coming complicated NET Events. They are stand-alone applications that normally must be installed on PC based computer platforms. They are lock-step training in nature. This means the student must complete a module of interactive training and demonstrate they know this module before moving forward in the training. This is normally accomplished by developing a scored and tracked interactive examination with an exit criteria established by the customer.

The CBITs are developed by the top interactive development software on the market, Toolbook instructor by SumTotal Systems. The tool enhances the learning and business performance management solutions to accelerate their performance. The broad suite of applications and work flow enabled architecture enable easy integration with other business processes to help measure, manage and improve business performance through learning. To date we have developed over 70 programs utilizing this concept for the military.
